We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you request deletion of your facility or transport-provider account, the retention period depends on the type of data:

You have a 30-day grace window after requesting deletion during which you can restore your account by contacting support. After this period, the actions in the table above are performed automatically and cannot be reversed.
Note: Cached copies on user devices and our CDN may persist briefly outside our active systems. Routine database backups are purged according to their own lifecycle schedule.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Note: Payments are for facilities and service providers only. The service is free for users searching.
Important: All payments are processed outside the app through secure payment gateways on our website. We do not store credit card information directly.
- Payments are processed through certified payment service providers (such as Moyasar)
- No payments are processed within iOS or Android applications
- We only retain transaction records for accounting purposes

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience:
